I'm Lynsey van Aswegen, a qualified dance educator with over 14 years' teaching experience, an MA in Maths & Education from the University of Cambridge and a Level 6 Diploma in Dance Pedagogy.
Alongside dance, I've built a successful career in finance and organisational leadership, holding senior executive and board-level roles. My experience across both worlds has shaped my belief that the confidence, creativity, communication and resilience developed through dance can become powerful leadership skills beyond the studio.
I believe dance is more than just steps.
It's education and enrichment, and every child deserves the opportunity to benefit from it.
